taskmanager plugin for the Xfce panel

The taskmanager plugin shows a list of running apps (similar to the
task manager included with some other operating systems)  :)

The taskmanager is started by running the command 'xfce4-taskmanager'

This requires intltool, which is also available at SlackBuilds.org.
