libCEC is an open-source dual licensed library designed for communicating
with the Pulse-Eight USB - HDMI CEC Adaptor.

Note: when downloading with wget or through sbopkg add the
'--content-disposition' flag to get proper tarball.  Otherwise, it will
just be downloaded as libcec-$VERSION. :/
