/etc/dbus-1/system.d/nm-openconnect-service.conf refers to a
user account that is not present on the system, and according
to testing feedback, this account is not necessary at all.

It's possible that this will also require an 'nm-openconnect' user
to work properly, but I'm not certain about that. Time will tell.
