This throws lots of warnings and non-fatal errors during
the build process, but it still builds a package, so we'll
keep it, I suppose...

There is a newer release available, but there are no sources
for it; the only sources I can find are for an older version.
Rather than mess with this myself, I'll let the maintainer
handle this after 13.37 releases.

The criteria for whether something "belongs" in Development or
Libraries or Python or ... is admittedly arbitrary. As a general
rule, if it could be either Libraries or Python, it's Python.
Otherwise, pick one and we'll go from there...
