Added .deskyop file and icon also added stops
as most of the other distro seem to include
this. Also added a default config.

This flag actually breaks more functionality than it would
provide. Since it is disabled in most other distributions,
disable it here too.

Linking against openssl creates a non redistributable binary,
and thus requires --enable-nonfree passed to configure.
Make building with support for openssl optional because of that.

One could perhaps argue that sexy pythons are *always*
needed, but the fact of the matter is that *this* brand
of sexy-python is unused in our repo, and thus it must go.

notification-daemon was the only thing in our repo that
used libsexy, but it doesn't any more, so... no, we're
not bringing (lib)sexy back... ;-)
