The binaries and manpages are no longer suffixed with "13".
Cairo is now enabled by default (to match extra/fltk in Slackware).

Nothing in the repo depends on this, it fails to build, and
upstream describes it as a "previous experimental and now
inactive branch".

Everything in the repo builds with fltk-1.3.3, the package name
clashes with extra/fltk, and fltk-1.1.10 fails to build if
fltk-1.3.3 is installed. So we really don't need this any more.

This is rendered obsolete by xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin included
with Slackware 14.2.

Debian (and by extension, Ubuntu) seemed to be the largest users
of libav, and they decided to go back to depending on ffmpeg, so
there doesn't seem to be a good reason for us to use libav either.
