Fileinfo Extension is now bundled within PHP, so i guess it's safe to
delete this?
http://pecl.php.net/package/Fileinfo
Note: As of PHP 5.3.0 this extension is enabled by default and this
PECL extension is no longer maintained and will contain no more
releases.
